ID Verification

Under new Australian regulation, ID verification must be completed for all new customers who wish to complete a transaction involving the exchange for FIAT (like the Australian Dollar) with Crypto (like Bitcoin). Australian Customers

When submitting your information, please ensure it is current, and as it is displayed on your legal documents. You will also be required to take some photos (1 x photo of your ID + selfie, 1 x photo of your ID + trade screen), so be sure to have your camera ready! While I do my best to make this process as quick and simple as possible, please keep in mind I may not be able to 100% verify your ID, in which case you may be required to provide additional information.

International Customers

If you are an international customer, the ID you provide MUST be in English; if it is not, you will need to have your ID translated and certified at your expense. You will also be required to take some photos (1 x photo of your ID + selfie, 1 x photo of your ID + trade screen), so be sure to have your camera ready! You will also need to provide additional documentation verifying your address, such as a bank statement or utilities bill.
